Open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 5.30pm, this vibrant street food bonanza offers a tasty alternative to the restaurant chains in the surrounding area. With roughly 20 stalls in total – and a huge range of cuisines – there’s something to delight everyone’s tastes buds. Let us take care of the parking and tuck in!

Transport yourself to the Caribbean with OSA – specialists in traditional Afro-Caribbean cuisine. Enjoy some juicy jerk chicken with rice and peas, but watch out – it’s spicy! Or switch things up and try curried goat or lamb.

If that doesn’t take your fancy, how about a taste of Turkey? Turks Charcoal Pit offer delicious hot-off-the-grill chicken wraps with a variety of different sauces to choose from. Visit Spain with Gourmetapas, serving up traditional Spanish paella, chorizo and tortillas. There’s also La Casita, experts in Mexican street food that’s hot, fresh and filling.

If none of the above take your fancy, there are plenty of homegrown flavours to be enjoyed too. Robinson’s of Failsworth is a traditional bakery from (you guessed it) Failsworth. Freshly baked bread, pies and and sweet treats are their speciality – sure to satisfy any hungry tummy.

Sometimes you simply can’t beat a good old hot dog, but don’t mistake The Dog House for any old run of the mill hot dog shack. Serving their award winning gourmet sausages in a bun, with speciality side orders, these bad boys are not to be missed!

And of course, no street food market would be complete without some pulled pork! Watson Caterers bring home the bacon with their succulent hog roast in a bun, topped with applesauce and washed down with your choice of soft drink.

In addition to the Piccadilly Gardens Street Food Market, there’s also the Street Crafts Market which operates every Friday and Saturday. Traders from across the North West bring together local and international arts, crafts and gifts for everyone to enjoy – everything from jewellery to homeware.

And if you’re heading to any shows at Manchester Arena this March, don’t let parking be a problem. We have a number of car parks in Manchester that are secure, conveniently located and with excellent rates.
