Merrion Centre multi-storey Transformation: Update
In case you haven't seen, our Merrion Centre / First Direct Arena multi-storey car park is currently going under an exciting transformation.
You've probably noticed from the outside that the external facade is currently under construction, but we've also got a lot more happening on the inside.
How far along is the transformation?
Back in February, the builders broke ground and progress is well under way. The exterior was the first to be transformed and will soon have a fresh, clean look, complementing the exciting new Arena Quarter area of the city.
The exterior is just a small part of the transformation however. On the inside we're busy giving the car park a bright and airy feel, installing energy efficient LED lighting, and adding intelligent parking guidance. Not forgetting brand new spacious lifts, as well as improved security including new CCTV systems, movement sensors and customer only access.
The transformation is all running on time and aims to be completed just as the busy festive season begins in December.
