Eric Clapton Live At Leeds Arena - Where To Park

This week, Eric Clapton announced his long overdue return to Leeds with a concert at the Leeds First Direct Arena this summer, one of only two UK shows.

Announcing the final dates of his European tour, Eric Clapton will be making his first appearance at the Leeds Arena on June 22nd, with the only other UK date being held in Glasgow. The three time “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’ inductee found fame with the Yardbirds and Cream, before establishing himself as a solo act and becoming known as one of the most influential guitar players in history.

Ian De-Whytell, boss of city-based Crash Records and a vocal champion of the arena scheme, told the Yorkshire Evening Post: “It’s great to see another member of rock music’s aristocracy making a long overdue visit to Leeds. It’s a huge coup for the arena and shows what a massive impact the venue has made. You can already see the positive benefit it has had on that part of the city centre.”

Eric Clapton tickets are available from Friday 31st January. Don’t miss out on seeing him live in Leeds’ brand new £60m First Direct Arena.

If you’re planning on driving, CitiPark’s Merrion Centre car park is located directly opposite the Leeds Arena. As the official parking for the First Direct Arena, we offer safe, convenient car parking for all events. Parking for Eric Clapton in Leeds couldn’t get any easier!
