Welcome to the official car park for the first direct arena Leeds!

Following a £9 million refurbishment in 2014, the Merrion Centre and first direct arena (FDA) car park is one of the most technologically advanced, user-friendly and sustainable car parks in the UK.

As well as providing parking for arena visitors, this car park is also part of the Merrion Centre, one of Leeds’ largest indoor shopping malls. The multi-storey is also ideally located for the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett, The O2 Academy, Trinity Leeds, The Light, Millennium Square and the historic Leeds City Museum.

One of the latest and greatest additions to Leeds is entertainment venue First Direct Arena. Voted Best New Venue in the World at the 2014 Stadium Business Awards, the arena has played host to a variety of live music, comedy shows and sporting events. Our Merrion Centre car park is directly opposite the arena so you couldn’t be any closer to the action!

Event Nights

Every effort is made by our staff to ensure smooth entry and exit to our Merrion Centre Car Park on first direct arena event nights. For large events, there may be a waiting period when arriving and leaving the car park, please take this into account when planning your journey. We always have extra staff on hand at these events to assist with ensuring the quickest possible exit.

Please note: The £5.00 arena flat rate is only applicable on events when doors open from 6pm onwards. When doors open prior to this, the standard car park tariff applies.
